For the past 7 years, I’ve been what I call an Impact Alchemist, building 3 Pillars Co. to transform extraordinary ideas into remarkable realities for mission-driven leaders. From supporting global initiatives to helping grassroots organizations secure transformational funding, we combine strategy, creativity, and authentic connection to create sustainable change.

Our approach? We lead with joy and connectivity first. While other consultants focus on what’s broken, we focus on what’s possible. Through our three studios—Strategy, Creative, and Experiences—we become part of your family, invested in your success like it’s our own.

Why “3 Pillars”? My three aunts taught me that I’m capable of extraordinary things—and to never dull my shine because what I bring to the table is unique and full of flavor. Their strength, love, and support became my foundation—my three pillars. That’s the same energy we bring to every partnership: unwavering support for the world’s game-changers who refuse to settle for ordinary.
