Our

Story

Founded in 2018 by Lois Sarfo-Mensah, 3 Pillars Co. was created to share our passions, creative strengths, and imagination with people who are striving to make a difference.

Its unique name is symbolic of Lois’ passion and three-pillar support system that pushed her to create opportunities for herself and never settle for less. Her three aunts laid the foundation that solidified that she is capable of extraordinary things. And to never dull her shine because what she brings to the table is unique and full of flavor. Their strength, love, and support lit a fire underneath her and pushed her to stop at nothing to chase after her dreams, and help others do the same.

3 Pillars Co. exists to disrupt the space in more ways than one. On the internal front, it bridges the wealth gap for diverse experts to do what they love and be part of extraordinary change. Externally, it leads the charge for mission-aligned brands through sustainable development, intentional strategy, and creative execution.

To leverage the knowledge, passion, and connections of experts in the space to form a diverse unit to create real change, even when faced with adversity. Our goal is to expand the efforts of impact-driven brands while forming a family of disruptors that can excel at what they do without bounds.
